Madeline will work with you/your family 1:1. Ideal for those harder/more emotional sorting projects, grief organizing, or managing household overwhelm. She also brings a strong knowledge and interest in accessible design and waste reduction. If a lot of lifting or moving is required or if there is a lot of sorting to do in a short amount of time, Tommy will need to assist for part or all.

Tommy will work with you/your family 1:1. Tommy brings strong organizational, spatial design, recycling knowledge, and packing strategy to the job. He also has strong appraisal skills as well as a vast knowledge of collectables and anything you may find in a garage, as well as a calm and patient demeanor to help you make difficult decisions. If a lot of lifting or moving is required or if there is a lot of sorting to do in a short amount of time, Madeline will need to assist for part or all.

When you work with us as a team, you can expect for things to happen quickly and efficiently! Hiring the both of us is ideal for large downsizing projects (especially for couples), projects with tight timelines, or jobs that require a lot of lifting/moving. Tommy also brings appraisal expertise.

A load of recycling and or garbage taken to the local transfer station is an hourly fee at the rate of $55/hr ($30 minimum) plus any additional costs for the dumping (garbage by weight/appliance fees/etc)

For all loads taken to a donation center or to a recycling center a fee of $55/hr ($20 minimum) will be applied for however long it takes.

Standard organizing supplies such as some boxes, labels, and trash bags are complimentary.
If items beyond what is provided are needed, a suggested shopping list will be provided OR per the client’s request, we will shop for specialty items needed to complete the organizing project at a discounted hourly rate or $40/hr. Clients will be responsible for paying for all agreed-upon supplies (storage containers, shelving, office supplies, etc.).

Free consultations include one 15 minute initial phone call and 45 minutes in person site visit. When the site visit exceeds 45 minutes the client will be charged $55/hr.
